We had our regular Thursday morning meeting at St. Francis Residential Community in Denville

Rudy opened the meeting at 7:16am.

Our speaker for the day was Rudy Riveron of ReMax Realty.

Rudy talked about valuations for homes and buildings. Valuations can make or break whether a house sells for the amount that the client is looking for. Rudy gave out details of a 5 family building as an exercise for the group – whether people thought it was a good deal or not at the evaluated amount.
